It has been a good couple of days of rest and recovery. I have spent some good time sleeping, watching movies, picking up in my house, and hanging out with Sonya. All things that get bypassed because of work and bikes.God is good. All the time.

Rest and Relaxation
Welp.. after being home from work for the past couple of days, there was really nothing else better to do then to get a pedicure. Because it was Sonya's first experience for the pedicure, she celebrated by getting a flower painted on her nail. It has been a good couple of days of rest and recovery. I have spent some good time sleeping, watching movies, picking up in my house, and hanging out with Sonya. All things that get bypassed because of work and bikes.
